Financial Planning Truth Test
As a sailor, I would not ask you to join me on an extended world cruise without first taking you on an afternoon jaunt on the Bay.  As a financial planner, I also feel it's a good idea for the two of us to get to know each other before setting out on a financial journey that can last for months or years, and could have an influence on the rest of your life.

That's exactly why I created and now offer you a confidential and complimentary financial planning “needs analysis.”  Not only will I do the analysis for free, but I will also share the results with you in person at no cost. Here’s how it works:  You complete an online survey (It’s short.  There are typically only ten questions for each section.) ; I do the analysis, prepare a brief report, and we meet in person to discuss my findings.  The focus will be your personal finances and questions, which could include issues like budgeting, retirement planning, home purchase, or just the overall health of your finances today and in the future.

If you're one of the many people who have wanted to talk to a financial planner, but have been concerned about dealing with a commissioned sales person, rest assured that I work on flat fee or an hourly basis only. There are no sales. No commissions. No referral fees.  If the current economic climate has you burying your head in the sand, it's understandable, but not very productive. Consider this needs analysis as a safe harbor where you can take a look at where your stand financially, and what you have to do to feel confident about your financial future.

[Caveat: While I do offer short-term modular planning for specific financial needs, do not expect a comprehensive financial plan coming from the needs analysis process  However, we should be able to highlight your specific areas of interest or concern; flag financial danger zones, and start a productive discussion of how best to achieve your goals.  And isn't that what you expect from a financial planner -- the ability to facilitate the decision making and communication process around personal finances. ]

Are you ready to get started?  Click on the link below and I'll send you the needs analysis form. I do not ask for any account information, or personal data, so you don't have to worry about online security issues.
